“The Jean Monnet Module on The European Union Multidimensional Strategy for Tackling Africa’s Challenges” – EU4AFRI (2019–2022) concerns the EU’s capacity to provide effective development assistance for African countries. The project takes into consideration the key challenges of African countries, the EU’s role in the global system of international organisations providing development assistance as well as the new circumstances resulting a.o. from The Joint Africa – EU Strategy. The main objective of the EU4AFRI project is to promote research and to provide highly innovative and comprehensive courses and seminars on the increasingly important issues related to the EU’s capacity to provide effective development assistance for African states in the face of the key Africa's challenges as well as the EU’s role in the global system of international organisations providing development assistance nowadays. Additionally, the project is aimed at giving students the factual knowledge and practical skills, which will encourage them to get involved in the shaping of EU policies, promoting a deeper understanding of these complex issues.
