Faculty of Economics of University of Gdańsk has right to award Bachelor's, Master's, doctoral, postdoctoral degrees (habilitation) and conducting professors procedures. Applicants wishing to obtain higher education, are able to obtain a broad and thorough knowledge in two fields: Economics and International Economic Relations (including the prestigious English-language specialization International business), as well as interdisciplinary fields: Chemical Business and Business and Ecological Technology, Telemedicine and Healthcare Projects. Health Care Technology, Intercultural and Business Relations in Europe (in English).
Employees of the Faculty of Economics conduct research in economic theory, behavioural economics, international economics, international business, maritime transport and trade, development and functioning of transport, logistics, international finance and banking, European integration and marketing, entrepreneurship and innovation, functioning of enterprises, commerce, electronic business, sustainable development and human resource management.
