On December 2, 2020, an on-line seminar on „The principle of the rule of law in the EU - the idea and legal effects. Poland's position in the negotiation process of the long-term EU budget " was held, organized by the University of Gdańsk and the Polish European Community Studies Association (PECSA). During the meeting, the following issues were discussed: the European Union budget and the Recovery plan for Europe in the light of the rule of law as well aspossible scenarios for the future.
